This policy explains what information TrainLiveStatus ("we") collects when you use trainlivestatus.com and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Searches: the train numbers, names and station codes you look up are processed to show results. We do not link them to your identity.
• Technical data: like most websites, our servers record basic request data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. We use it to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and understand usage. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
• Arrival alerts: if you turn on an alert, your browser gives us a push address (a technical token, not your name, email or phone number) together with the train, date and station you chose. We use it only to send that alert and delete it once the journey is over, and in any case within four days.
• Seat checks: the stations and dates you search for are sent to our availability data provider to fetch seat status. They are not linked to you.
• Messages: if you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply.

We do not ask for, collect or store PNR numbers, passenger names or booking credentials.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to measure how the site is used. We may show advertising served by Google.

• Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

How we use information

To operate and improve the website, keep it secure, respond to messages and, where ads are shown, to support the cost of running the service. We do not sell personal information.

You can ask us about the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to admin@mcx1000.buzz. We handle requests in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
